于鲁刚，教授，英国利物浦大学转化医学研究所糖生物学中心副主任。兼任英国肿瘤研究协会、欧洲肿瘤研究协会、英国生物化学学会及美国糖生物学学会委员。担任Frontiers in Oncology、Scientific Reports、PLOS One、Journal of Cancer Metastasis and Treatment、World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology、Oncology Letters、Glycobiology Insights等杂志编委。主要从事肿瘤糖生物学方面的研究，特别是半乳凝素在癌症发展和转移中的作用研究和靶向半乳凝素肿瘤转移抑制剂的研发。在研科研经费250余万英镑，学术论文h-index达26。
